The Wellness Center offers urgent care treatment services for children 12 months and older.

The Wellness Center does not accept insurance at this time. We can provide you with a "Superbill" receipt that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if desired.

Most of our services are not considered "medically necessary" and are therefore not covered by most insurance plans.

The Wellness Center accepts all major credit cards, HFA and HSA.

Please allow sufficient time before your telehealth appointment to ensure your audio and video is functioning. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, TWC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. A $50 fee will apply to all no-show appointments (any appointment whereby the patient is 10 or more minutes late, or does not show up at all).

‌The provider will ask you to verify your identity and location at the beginning of the telehealth appointment. Please have a valid photo ID available to present. If you bring someone into the room during the telehealth appointment, you consent to have that person present during your appointment while you receive telehealth services.

‌Please have ALL intake forms completed PRIOR to the start of your visit.

‌A valid credit card is required to be left on file to complete your telehealth visit.

The Wellness Center strives to provide comprehensive and timely care to every patient. To reduce the number of late appointment cancellations and "no-show" appointments, any "no-shows" (defined as arriving more than 10 minutes late or not arriving at all) or cancellations made less than 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 fee.
